Potato Topper
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Cheddar, shredded
2 Tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
3 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Mix butter and sour cream. Fold in cheese, green onions, and bacon. Serve over
baked potatoes
