Cream Puff Chocolate Frosting

1/4 cup Butter
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
2 Tablespoons Milk
Vanilla
Powdered Sugar

Melt butter and take off heat. Mix in cocoa and add vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar. Frost Cream Puffs.
